On Windows we have a file named versioninfo.txt which lists the packages used to build the installer. we should have such a file also for the appimage. Should probably be installed alongside the VERSIOn and VERSION.sig files under $APPDIR/usr.

While at that we may also want to the current gpg4win commitide to the cidInstaller= line in VERSION.
