On gpg4win-5.1.1 @ win11, the language dropdown selection box is too high, some languages and the scroll down controls are outside of the viewport:

I think this is a Qt bug. I've also seen this sometimes. I noticed that the problem (sometimes?) goes away if one opens the dropdown a second time. Or maybe I'm confusing it with too large (context) menus?

You are right, reopening fixes it on both win/mac.
