Mac Gpg4win: Binaries not available in PATH

Description

On Mac, we probably want the binaries to be available in PATH.

Currently this causes problems with:

  • Kleopatra: Menu: File / Print Secret Key ... on secret key -> paperkey not found
  • Kleopatra Mimetree Viewer: Links to certificates not working (should open the certificate in Kleopatra)
    • Note: test files available in /Users/arnold/tests/testdata/mails/mails/eml (drag & drop into Kleopatra)
  • Okular: Signature Properties -> View in Certificate Manager is disabled (should open the certificate in Kleopatra)
    • Note: test file available in /Users/arnold/tests/testdata/test_signed.pdf
