The notepad window has a text pane on the left and a recipient pane om the right.
The text part has a very high minimum width and there is no horizontal scrollbar, which makes the notepad only usable in fullscreen on an average laptop (tested with wayland).
This is how it looks halfscreen, one can not see or navigate to the recipients:

The minimum width requirement for the text part is way to large plus we need a horizontal scrollbar.
This issue is very annoying with tiling window managers.
