While working on T8524: Kleopatra: Add automatic periodical key refresh I noticed that gpgconf doesn't report the default value of gpg's auto-key-locate option (which is "local,wkd").
$ gpgconf --list-options gpg | grep auto-key-locate auto-key-locate:0:1:use MECHANISMS to locate keys by mail address:1:1:MECHANISMS:::
I would expect
auto-key-locate:0:1:use MECHANISMS to locate keys by mail address:1:1:MECHANISMS:"local,wkd::
