Description

Due to T5707: Kleopatra: Use windows registry additionally to config files the configuration processing order changed and the static kleopatrarc of the installer should better be adjusted to use the immutable flag on the options instead of the group. Otherwise the KDE Action Restrictions could not be changed by admins via registry anymore.

iiuc this absolutely needs to be adjusted to get a reasonable behavior. And this is required for GPD 5.2, too. Therefore I'm setting this to high.

right, gpd-5.2.0-beta882 ships the same kleopatrarc as displayed above.
