Error while using gnupg-1.2.1-10

Description

We are getting following error when we try to encrypt the file using GPG
“gpg: WARNING: using insecure memory!gpg: please see
http://www.gnupg.org/faq.html for more informationgpg:
fatal: /home/ucadmin/.gnupg: can't create directory: Permission deniedsecmem
usage: 0/0 bytes in 0/0 blocks of pool 0/16384”

a) GnuPG 1.2 is pretty old; please try to reproduce any bugs in recent versions
as well

b) looks like a permission problem in your home directory?
