the links in http://www.gnupg.org/gph/en/manual.html to http://cwis.kub.nl/~frw/people/koops/lawsurvy.htm and to this koops dude himself are dead.

Fix

find out where Bert-Japp Koops has moved his pages and update the doc

The link has moved to http://rechten.uvt.nl/koops/cryptolaw/index.htm
The best I can do is to ask Mike Ashley <jashley@acm.org>, author of The GNU Privacy Handbook, to update his document.

the dead link from
