When trying to encrypt text from Terminal, GPG blows up after pressing Return to
leave the "Enter current recipients" dialog. It says "End with an empty line:"
and when I press Return, the screen goes to gibberish. Sometimes Ctl-D will
restore legibility, sometimes not. See attached screenshot. In any case, I've
tried on 2 different computers. One running Ubuntu 8.04 and the other running
the new 8.10 release. Using the standard GPG 1.4.6 that comes with Ubuntu.
