i18n updates for gpa

Description

Changes for i18n:

  • POTFILES.in was missing 2 .h files
  • calls to gtk_action_group_set_translation_domain() added
  • stuff for translators in the about dialog

The changes were validated with fr locale setup.

I put the changes in SVN. The POTFILES.in changes seem already to be in there.
I also put a translation domain for the action group in recipientdlg.c. I hope
that's allright.
