There is a need for loading all signature keys for a given key with one step
instead of manually loading every key in an extra step.

In the usual case of a lot of unknown signers (because the local keyring doesn't
contain the signer keys) is it necessary to pull a lot of signature keys to
evaluate the thrustworthy of the given key.
