On the Supported Systems web page:
http://www.gnupg.org/download/supported_systems.en.html

The text "A port of GnuPG to VMS is available at
http://antinode.org/dec/sw/gnupg.html." is incorrect. The correct URL should
point to "antinode.info", not .org; to wit:

http://antinode.info/dec/sw/gnupg.html
