T7885: Kleopatra: Unsupported backup of secret kyber key should be handled more gracefully

Summary

This allows Kleopatra and other users of GPGME to show a more helpful error message.

Test Plan

Try to create a backup of a (secret) Kyber key in Kleopatra. Kleopatra should show an "Not implemented" error instead of the error message attached to T7885
