gpgscm: Capture output of spawned processes.
* tests/gpgscm/tests.scm (call-check): Capture stdout and stderr, and return stdout if the child exited successfully, or include stderr in the error. * tests/openpgp/version.scm: Demonstrate this by checking the stdout.
