tests: Correctly handle exceptions in resource handling macros.

* tests/gpgscm/tests.scm (letfd): Correctly release resources when an
exception is thrown.
(with-working-directory): Likewise.
(with-temporary-working-directory): Likewise.
(lettmp): Likewise.
