Revert SVN commit 759716 by shakes:

Compile fix for MSVC for edit interactor callback. MSVC doesn't like friends
with inline definitions, so had to find another way to implement callback.

Reason: exposes too much information in editinteractor.h, and is probably
buggy (last(Card)EditInteractor.
