This is really crap.
The faked functions can't compile nor be used - where's the prototype?

The use of those (e.g. funopen from assuan-handler.c) is invalid, but in the real gpgme
since it's a static lib linked into a real lib, the unused symbol is removed. In KDE CVS
I get an undef symbol (not surprisingly, since funopen doesn't exist!).... Awful.
