build: Rename options to build for Qt 5/6
* CMakeLists.txt: Rename QGPGME_BUILD_QT[56] to BUILD_WITH_QT[56].
The BUILD_WITH_QT[56] options are commonly used in projects using Qt,
e.g. by KDE.
