UsersWidget: Don't add minumun size to QLineEdit

Summary:
This overwrite the default line edit height from the widget and then Breeze
doesn't draw a frame around it anymore due to the size being too small.

Test Plan:

• Open "initialize with user" dialog
• See the filter text field with a frame
