Don't set LIBKLEO_VERSION to "5.17.44" for Qt 6

* CMakeLists.txt (LIBKLEO_VERSION): Remove wrong setting to "5.17.44".

Above LIBKLEO_VERSION is already set to "5.17.44" and then changed to
a higher version in case of Qt 6.
