doc: clarify CARD event counter.

* doc/gpg-agent.texi: improve documentation of CARD entry in
GETEVENTCOUNTER description.

"stati" is unclear and confusing, and describing something in the
singular is almost always less ambiguous than leaving it in the
plural.
