When editing an existing incidence, show the name of the calendar
resource in the window title bar.  No longer show the name on
the same line with the Categories.. that was confusing.

This does introduce a new string, but that was a bug since
the window caption wasn't i18n() previously.

Use Ctrl-U for the "Mark message as unread" action.

My build doesn't compile currently though,
so this is untested - don't know if it overrides
the other "magic" (and non-working) Ctrl-U action.
