Explicitly set keyserver to "none" if usage of keyserver is disabled

Remove the no longer needed hint about the special keyserver value "none"
and only show the comment about the internal default keyserver if GnuPG
uses a default keyserver. Since GnuPG 5.3 no default is used anymore.
