Extract the setup of the expiration combo box

Factor the setup of the expiration combo box out of AdvancedSettingsDialog,
so that it can be used in other places for entering expiration dates.

This also changes the minimum allowed validity period from 0 to 1 day, i.e.
new keys are now always valid at least until the next day.
