- Ue hierarchical RIDs. This will allow us to efficiently implement
  moving of messages and mailboxes.
- Handle different mailbox hierarchy separators than '/' correctly, my
  mail server apparently uses '.'.
- Allow to configure which mailbox we monitor using IDLE, at least in
  theory. This was necessary to make IDLE work with the previous two
  changes, there is no UI for it yet.
