Many changes in KDEPIM's CMakeLists.txt.

Make it easier to read and modify
Prefix the options with KDEPIM
Remove the Kode check
Move the X11_Xscreensaver check to the KTimetracker's CMakeLists
Warn the user if QGpgME is not found.
