ArchiveDefinition: fix error handling

• Inherit ArchiveDefinitionError publicly from Kleo::Exception (otherwise it escapes catch ( std::exception & ) clauses).
• Fix i18n call.
• Add getArchiveDefinitions() overload that collects and reports back errors.
