Remove RELEASE_SERVICE_VERSION amendment from application version

kleopatra_version already contains the RELEASE_SERVICE_VERSION (without
dots) as last part of the version number. Moreover, using a plain version
number is better for tools like Sentry which didn't understand our special
version string.
