Make action buttons in card keys view accept focus only by clicking

Allowing the action buttons to receive focus by tabbing made it tedious
to leave the tree widget with the keyboard because one had to tab over all
action buttons. It's still possible to focus the action buttons with the
keyboard by using the arrow keys.
