Adds support for "--query <fingerprint>" and "--parent-windowid <windowId>" parameters. Fingerprint is looked up in the local db and if found a detail dialog is displayed. Otherwise the fingerprint is submitted to the external keyserver search.

Dialogs are parented to the parent window id parameter.
