Show just one error message for keys that are unusable for encryption

This adds the possibility to customize the error message shown for keys
that are not offered by the filter set for CertificateLineEdit and that
are neither expired, nor revoked, nor disabled. SignEncryptWidget sets a
suitable error message and doesn't show its own error message anymore.
