    Fix the crash (caused by one assert) when we clone a quota attribute
    where one of the roots has a space in its name. It was wrong to assume
    it'd never happen and use space as a valid separator. Now using '%'.

    This change is supposedly not backward compatible as the serialization
    format changed in an incompatible way. Here the upgrade worked without
    intervention from me though.

    The actual problem is that we cannot list the plugins without loading them (as all the needed info is in the plugins and not their .desktop files),

Also support multipart/alternative with text/plain and multipart/related as children, instead
of the usual text/plain and text/html.

This fixes that the content of some Newsletters with images was rendered twice, bot the HTML and
the plain text part was shown.

The start and end KDateTimes that are passed to Recurrence::timesInInterval(...) must have a time, so comparing
with < and > work as we want
