ArchiveDefinition: Extend syntax of pack-command config key to allow passing filenames via stdin:

1. newline-separated: pack-command=|command
2. nul-byte-separated: pack-command=0|command

Tested with pack-command=0|xargs -0 tar cf - on Linux.

Implements kolab/issue4298 (gpg4win2).
