Revert "Explicitly use Boost's cmake config file for finding it"
Our AlmaLinux 8 based image for building AppImages provides Boost 1.66
which does not yet include the CMake config file.
This reverts commit 27f8413d7414bab184999bab9083aa1926c013e9.
