Skip test on FreeBSD that often times out and fails the build

It's a waste of precious resources that often one has to run the FreeBSD
build multiple times until the tests don't time out.

Setting the SKIP_REGULAR_EXPRESSION property ensures that the test is
marked as Skipped by ctest.
