Use QGpgME and Kleo instead of own gpgme binding
Allow to support a bit more (e.g DeVS compliance) and make the code more
similar to messagelib implementation.
This also remove mailtemplates which relied on our own crypto wrapper
and was not related to the mime parsing or viewing.
