* Added doc/gpgme-python-howto.texi: generated from
  GPGMEpythonHOWTOen.org and then slightly modified so the generated
  Info file doesn't use camelCase.
* doc/Makefile.am: Updated makefile to include the Python HOWTO with
  gpgme_TEXINFOS and to export the generated files to the webserver
  along with the main GPGME one.
