Fix Saving S/MIME encrypted draft with S/MIME disabled freezes Outlook

* src/mail.cpp: call EnableWindow in Cancelled sign/encrypt codepath

If the user cancels the draft encryptionor the key can't be
resolved reenable the Window so Outlook doesn't look like
it has hung up.
