Fix one reason for Not

* src/attachment.cpp: Limit Displayname to 60 chars
* src/common.cpp: fix get_tmp_outfile

Limit file extension to 10 chars and restore it if
sanitizeFileName did remove the extension.
Also limit the Displayname just in case.
