Description

Add setBackground to PHUIIconView

Summary: Ref T11132. Adds a background color option to PHUIIconView, for use whereever, and NUX. Also normalize icon placement for mixed image/icon result list.

Test Plan: Test in UIExamples, and Global Settings.
