Make XHPAST scanner non-interactive

Summary: Make the XHPAST scanner batch instead of interactive. To be honest I don't quite understand the difference, but it seems to perform better.

Test Plan: Ran arc lint --everything --never-apply-patches --xprofile=profile.json in rP. Compared before and after.
