Update list of patches in EXTRA_DIST

* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add missing kxmlgui patch. Sort patches
alphabetically.

I have sorted the patches alphabetically (again) so that one has a
chance to see which patches are added or removed. To create this sorted
list all one has to do is run the command line before EXTRA_DIST.
