breeze: Use repackaged breeze 6.5.4 tarball

The only difference between the old tarball and the new one is that the
old tarball contains a patched CMakeLists.txt file while the new one is
identical to the official release tarball except for the removed
wallpapers and cursors. The new patch takes care of patching the
CMakeLists.txt file.
