Improve about page

• Remove specific Outlook versions, as the system requirements are listed elsewhere, and one place is better to keep them in sync.
• Add mentioning that both IMAP/SMTP and MS Exchange server are supported for email transport. (Not mentiong POP3, as it is less popular now and thus a minor point.)
