cleanup: remove old pix + leave out src/ on rsync

• The pix/disk.png and pix/lock.png are not in use anymore since a long time, thus we can remove them.
• Change Makefile to not sync src/ directories online. (They are availalbe in the browsable git, but not necessary on the real webpage.)
