nsis: Ensure that gpgconf.rnames is removed on uninstallation
* src/nsis/uninst-gnupg-w32.nsi: Delete gpgconf.rnames.
Despite the comment in inst-final.nsi the GnuPG subinstaller included in
Gpg4win does not remove gpgconf.rnames.
