appimage: Add missing bits to the Docker image

* docker/appimage/Dockerfile: Install hunspell-devel. Set locale to
C.UTF-8.

sonnet needs at least one spell checker. Setting the locale to C.UTF-8
avoids warnings printed by Qt tools.
