To whom it may concern,
I executed the "mkportable.exe" script with the "--full" flag. Every option in the Gpg4win installer is enabled and installed as stated in the documentation - after completion and starting "D:\Gpg4winPortable\bin\gpg.exe" I'm presented with the following (debug enabled):
> gpg: enabled debug flags: packet mpi crypto filter iobuf memory cache memstat

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate SP 1 32 Bit Build 7601 and Gpg4win-4.0.0 on an older machine - please no advice to upgrade to Windows 10; I'm aware of the official Microsoft Support Status :-(
Gpg4win works fine after normal installation, my guess is that an unnormal process with "mkportable.exe" happend?
Likewise I can't import secret keys in "Kleopatra.exe" if I haven't created "D:\Gpg4winPOrtable\gnupg" and started "D:\Gpg4winPortable\bin\gpg-agent.exe" manually.
"D:\Gpg4winPortable\bin\gpa.exe" complains about missing "libint-8.dll" and "libpcre-1.dll", which must be manually copied to "D:\Gpg4winPortable\bin".
I'd be happy about a solution because I want to continue to use Gpg4Win, especially as a portable version - I donated, too...
Best wishes from Bremen, Germany :-)
