Tested with Gpg4win-2.0.0-RC1 (gpgol 1.0.0), OL2003SP3 + WinXPSP3:

When forwarding or answering a crypto email (sign and/or encrypt), Outlook
creates a new (plain) email without crypto settings.

Better: GpgOL should enable the same sign/encrypt status of the original email
for the new email.
