GpgEX IPC Connect fails after some uptime

Description

Clean Windows 7 System with Gpg4Win 2.1.0

What I did was:
Do some crypto operations with gpgex and kleopatra.
Left the System idle for ~24 Hours
Try to do some more crypto operations:
Everytime i try the explorer freezes for ~30 seconds and afterwards i get an
Error: Kann nicht auf Kleopatra zugreifen: IPC connect call failed.

I can open Kleopatra and use Kleopatra as interface to encrypt files but no
longer gpgex.

With Gpg4win-3.0 ( https://wiki.gnupg.org/Gpg4win/Testversions ) Kleopatra is a completely different beast and I think this is fixed. I've tried it in various setups with Virtual Machines running for a long time and never had this problem anymore.
